Working on the JASS version of the paper

Lots of formatting issues

• Had to install CTAN: http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/sourcesanspro/
• blockquotes and enquote don’t work
• other misc required packages: graphicx,xcolor, booktabs,amsmath, ifthen, geometry, natbib, endnotes

And then took the day off for a big, fun bike ride with a bunch of friends
