  • still unable to start FinancialAssistantService
    • found lo4j not initializing
    • missing jars in WEB-INF/lib folder
    • trying to duplicate….., same error, but was still able to login?
    • zipped up the missing jar for deploy
  • moved Funding Request tables to funding_requests database
    • appropriations table set up as a view from project_portfolio_enh database
