  • changing DIRECT CITE to datagrid
    • create direct_cites table and added delete cascade on funding_request table
    • DirectCiteVO.as AddDirectiCiteWindow, DirectCites.mxml created to handle multiple direct cites
    • Funding Request panel remains after save

  • added ‘%’ to the goals
